Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In original condition (not worn, damaged, or altered)
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any footwear showing signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team
- Package the items securely in their original packaging
- Ship the items to our return address (provided in your confirmation email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item
- If the requested size/color is available, we will ship it immediately
- If your preferred item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer alternative options
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, which may result in slight variations due to exchange rates
